These terms govern your use of the Trusty Tails website and online appointment booking system operated by Gasing Veterinary Hospital.

1. Veterinary Services

Our website provides information about our veterinary services and allows you to book appointments online. All veterinary care is provided by licensed veterinarians registered with the Malaysian Veterinary Council. Information on this website is for general guidance and does not constitute veterinary advice for your specific pet.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Online bookings are confirmed subject to availability. We appreciate at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Emergency cases are always accepted regardless of booking status.

3. Payments

Payment for veterinary services is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online transfers. Estimates provided are approximate and final charges may vary based on your pet’s condition and treatment required.

4. Emergency Services

Our 24-hour emergency service is available at +60 3-7782 3553. In an emergency, please call ahead so our team can prepare for your arrival. Emergency fees may apply outside of standard consultation hours.

5. Consent to Treatment

By presenting your pet for treatment, you authorise our veterinary team to examine and provide necessary care. For surgical procedures, sedation, or anaesthesia, separate written consent will be obtained. In life-threatening emergencies where the owner cannot be reached, our veterinarians may proceed with necessary treatment.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest standard of veterinary care, outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Veterinary medicine involves inherent risks, and our team will always discuss these with you before proceeding with treatment.
