Website Terms

Last updated: 15 September 2026

These terms govern use of the Trusty Tails website. Trusty Tails currently publishes independent pet-care information for Malaysian owners. This website does not provide veterinary treatment, triage, transport, appointments or bookings.

Educational information

Articles and guides are general educational material. They cannot diagnose an individual animal or replace an examination by a qualified veterinary professional. For severe, sudden or worsening signs, seek prompt veterinary assessment.

Independent provider references

Any provider named in a guide is an independent public reference. Trusty Tails is not affiliated with those providers, does not guarantee their hours or capacity, and does not arrange care. Confirm current availability directly before travel.

Prices and partner clinics

Published package figures are retained for comparison only; they are not prices offered by Trusty Tails. Partner clinics are listed in the directory as they join the network, and each clinic sets its own prices.

External links

External websites control their own content and availability. A link is supplied as a source or useful reference and does not constitute an endorsement.

Changes

These terms may be updated when the website or Trusty Tails services change. The revision date on this page identifies the current version.
